The jurors are Adrienne Ruger Conzelman, a private art dealer, adviser, and Director of ARC Fine Art in Fairfield, and Helen Klisser During, an art adviser, curator, photojournalist, and Artistic Director Emeritus at Westport Arts Center. They are looking for a variety of artistic mediums, focusing closely on the expression, either traditional or abstract. Painting, photography, works on paper, mixed media, sculpture, digital, and video works of art are all eligible for submission. Prizes will be given for first, second, and third place, with a chance to win a solo exhibition at Pequot Library in September 2018.

All entries must be for sale. On the online entry form artists are asked to submit, in addition to their work, a short individual story of his/her work, which will be presented to viewers. The entry fee is $25 per work for up to five entries and is non-refundable. The entry fee for young artists (age 22 and under) is $15 per work. All entry fees include one ticket to the Artists and Collectors Party on October 22, 2017, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Pequot Library will notify all artists of the status of their submission on October 2, 2017. Only artwork selected for the exhibition should be dropped off 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Pequot Library on October 7, 2017 and must be picked up 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2017.
